About me and my practice
I trained as a therapist in 2016 after working for over 30 years in a mental health setting.
I've worked with many people who have struggled through life and what life throws you.
I work in an open and honest way ,I have a bubbly personality which helps me to connect with people easily.
Working online or by telephone can be a barrier can be daunting don't worry,it's how you as a client can interact with myself which helps build a report with trust and confidentiality.

I qualified in 2016 and have worked with a variety of people,I have over 30 odd years working with mental health in varied settings.
I have trained using psychodynamic which means I can use many forms of theories.

Initial Consultation
Within the first consultation I would like to know more about yourself and why you have come to therapy.
I offer a free consultation,this gives you a chance to decide whether I am the correct therapist for you,sometimes we don't gel with people.
Fees
My fees are £45 for 50 minutes, with a free consultation.
When I Work
I work Monday -thursday 10 until 6pm.
If you need a later time this can be arranged.
